The Loor Junubin Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Loor Junubin events, products, services, and tickets in exchange for commissions or rewards based on qualifying referrals.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain a valid payment method for commission payouts.
- Operate legally and ethically in your country of residence.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Loor Junubin reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links
Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link or promotional code.
Affiliates may promote their referral links through:
- Personal websites
- Blogs
- Social media platforms
- Email newsletters
- Community groups
- Other approved marketing channels
Affiliates must not modify, manipulate, or misuse referral links in any way.
4. Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link or code.
A qualifying purchase may include:
- Event tickets
- VIP tickets
- Merchandise
- Other products or services designated by Loor Junubin
Commission rates, payout schedules, and qualification requirements may be updated at any time.
5. Payment of Commissions
Commission payments will be processed according to the payment schedule established by Loor Junubin.
Payments may be withheld if:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Referral information cannot be verified.
- Affiliate terms have been violated.
- Required payment details have not been provided.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with their earnings.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use false, misleading, or deceptive advertising.
- Misrepresent Loor Junubin, its events, staff, or partners.
- Engage in spam, unsolicited messages, or mass advertising.
- Use paid advertisements that impersonate the Loor Junubin brand.
- Create fake purchases or fraudulent referrals.
- Promote illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Use the Loor Junubin name, logo, or branding without permission beyond approved promotional materials.
Any violation may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, content, and promotional materials remain the property of Loor Junubin.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for participating in the Affiliate Program.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
Loor Junubin may immediately terminate an affiliate account if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Fraudulent activity is detected.
- The affiliate damages the reputation of Loor Junubin.
- The affiliate engages in inappropriate or unlawful conduct.
Upon termination, affiliate links and promotional permissions will be revoked.
9. Limitation of Liability
Loor Junubin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
We do not guarantee any specific level of income, referrals, or commissions.
10. Program Changes
Loor Junubin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected through the Affiliate Program will be handled in accordance with the Loor Junubin Privacy Policy.
Affiliates must also respect the privacy rights of their audiences and comply with applicable data protection laws.
