During the Loor Junubin event, we kindly ask you to observe and adhere to the following notices and rules. The Loor Junubin is generally a peaceful family event. We welcome everyone who wants to explore the values of South Sudan and its culture. The Loor Junubin teams are looking forward to your visit.
The house rules aim to ensure the safety of visitors and residents and to enable the event to run smoothly.
The house rules are valid from when we start the Loor Junubin party to the end, for all our visitors to the event on the premises. By entering the event area, the visitor recognises these regulations as binding. Violations may result in immediate expulsion or exclusion from the event.
The event organizer is responsible for the house rules.
§. Rules
- We value respectful, considerate, and careful behaviour.
- Please ensure that your mobile phone is set to silent during events.
- Please take care of your belongings! We cannot accept liability for theft or loss.
- Lost property can be handed to the MC or DJ, so they will let others know via the microphone.
- Independent modifications to buildings and equipment are prohibited.
- Thefts will always be reported and will result in exclusion from the event.
- All types of damage, especially fire, water, and vandalism damage, are to be avoided.
- There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the buildings. Any fire brigade call-outs will be charged to the perpetrator.
- Bringing animals is prohibited.
- Escape and rescue routes must be kept clear.
- We would like to emphasise once again that the entire area/venue where we rent for LOOR JUNUBIN is part of our event area. If you do not intend to visit the event with an official ticket and don’t want to enter, we ask you to leave the premises.
§. Domiciliary rights
The Organiser shall have domiciliary rights. During the event, the Organiser and the security service Organize Security by the Organiser shall exercise domiciliary rights.
§. Participation of visitors
The security service has the right to examine persons to determine whether they pose a security risk due to alcohol or drug consumption or by carrying weapons or dangerous objects.
§. Liability
- Access to the event area is at the participant’s own risk, subject to the following provisions on the organiser’s liability. The Organiser shall not be liable for personal injury or damage to property caused by third parties who are not employees, representatives or vicarious agents of the Organiser.
- The organiser shall be liable within the scope of statutory liability for damage to life, limb or health culpably caused by the organiser and its employees, legal representatives or vicarious agents.
- Otherwise, the organiser shall only be liable for damage caused by it, its legal representatives or vicarious agents through intent or gross negligence.
- Accidents and damage must be reported immediately.
§. Organizer’s recordings
By entering the premises, the visitor agrees that photo, film, and video recordings may be made of him/her and used for marketing measures in the poster and online area (including social networks/media) of the organizer.
§. Binding effect
The binding effect of the house rules for the event area arises upon entry to the premises. By using the event area, visitors recognise the regulations of the house rules for the everytime we make an event.
